Urokinase (uPA), human, recombinant, LMW (frozen)
Description
The low molecular weight (LMW) form of Urokinase (uPA) is purified from auto-catalytic digestion of recombinant human urokinase produced in insect cells. LMW uPA contains the proteinase domain and is separated from the amino terminal fragment by cleavage at the Lys135-Lys136 bond.
Intended use
For plasminogen activation and receptor binding studies.
Purity
Estimated at greater than 98% per SDS gel electrophoresis and coomassie staining.
Molecular weight: 33,000 Da
Extinction coefficient: 1.4
