murine MAb against human EH domain binding protein 1 (EHBP1), clone HD-pKe 83 3.3
Description
EHBP1 is an EH domain binding protein that, along with EHD2. EHBP1 contains a putative actin-binding calponin homology domain. High expression of EHBP1 or EHD2 in intact cells mediates extensive actin reorganization. Thus EHD2 appears to connect endocytosis to the actin cytoskeleton through interactions of its N-terminal domain with membranes and its C-terminal EH domain with the novel EHBP1 protein.
Preparation
The monoclonal antibody ADG0013 (clone HD-pKe 83 3.3) is a murine monoclonal antibody, subclass IgG1 recognizing the human EHBP1 protein. Mice were immunized with recombinant EHBP1. The antibody has been purified from cell culture supernatant using Protein G affinity chromatography.
Presentation
Screw capped vial containing 250 µg of purified antibody in PBS pH 7.4 + 0.01% ProClin300. The IgG concentration is given on the vial label. Spin the vial briefly before opening.
Storage and Stability
Store the antibody at 2°-8°C. For long-term storage the antibody should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C or colder. It is recommended to avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
