murine MAb against Tumor associated antigen L6 (TM4SF1), clone HD-pKe 104 1.1
Description
Tumor associated antigen L6 (TM4SF1) is a member of the transmembrane 4 superfamily, also known as the tetraspanin family. Most of these members are cell-surface proteins that are characterized by the presence of four hydrophobic domains. The proteins mediate signal transduction events that play a role in the regulation of cell development, activation, growth and motility (2, 3). This encoded protein is a cell surface antigen and is highly expressed in different carcinomas (4-6).
Aliases: transmembrane 4 L six family member 1, transmembrane 4 superfamily member 1, transmembrane 4 L6 family member 1,
surface marker 1
Preparation
The monoclonal antibody ADG0015 (clone HD-pKe 104 1.1) is a murine monoclonal antibody, subclass IgG1 recognizing the human Tumor associated antigen L6. Mice were immunized with recombinant tumor antigen L6. The antibody has been purified from cell culture supernatant using Protein G affinity chromatography.
Presentation
Screw capped vial containing 250 µg of purified antibody in PBS pH 7.4 + 0.01% ProClin300. The IgG concentration is given on the vial label. Spin the vial briefly before opening.
Storage and Stability
Store the antibody at 2°-8°C. For long-term storage the antibody should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C or colder. It is recommended to avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
Applications (1)
• Western-Blot
• Immunopurification
• Immunocytology
