ImmBioMed Business Consultants GmbH & Co. KG (ImmBioMed) took over the special coagulation business of Sekisui Diagnostics GmbH with effect from 12 March 2018.

ImmBioMed, based in Pfungstadt, is a management consultancy specializing in medical diagnostics. In addition, ImmBioMed operates and provides laboratory infrastructure in Heidelberg. As part of the asset deal, a product group in the area of special coagulation was also acquired; this product group comprises some products from the portfolio of the former American Diagnostica GmbH/Inc..

ImmBioMed has transferred the worldwide distribution of this product group to LOXO GmbH.
